A Child's Car Seat
by Cory Dague

Everyone knows what a child’s car seat is right. You have those seat belts and you put the child in the seat and buckle them in and they can’t move. Sometimes I am going through some things and you may be going through some things. Caleb hates being in that seat. You have that buckle right in the middle and you can’t move. But you don’t want them to move incase you’re in a wreck and God said to me, “Cory, you don’t like being buckled in that seat either.”  But you’re in the safest place you can be right now because you can’t handle what you are about to go through. You can’t handle a wreck. So I am going to put you in a place of restriction because I care about you. If it was not for this place of restriction you might not make it, you might die, you might get banged up. So there may be someone else that is going through something where you seem confined, you can’t move, you can’t reach things you want to reach because they are too far away and the seat belt won’t let you get where you need to go and the reason you’re in that seat with that seat belt on is because God has you right where he wants you and that seat belt is built to contain things, not let things move. That was a good revelation for me. I hope it was good for you.
